Verdant pink Gin cosmopolitan
The cosmopolitan sprang to life in the 80’s but can trace its family tree right back to the gin gimlet, and even further to the classic “Daisy”. Here, the addition of the Verdant Pink Gin adds a wonderful touch of sophistication to this perennial cocktail that lets the full fruit flavours shine through
Ingredients:
35ml Verdant Pink Gin
20ml Cointreau Triple Sec
5ml Fresh Lime Juice
35ml Cranberry Juice
Method:
Place all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake well and then strain into a coupe or Martini glass. Garnish with a slice of orange or a couple of raspberries
