We pack all parcels carefully and strive to only ship products in perfect condition. Unfortunately, couriers are occasionally clumsy, and every now again a mistake is made by our staff…we’re only human! Please contact us immediately if you are unhappy with the service you have received.

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received it to return any item you are not happy with. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and must be in the original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 14 days. Any refund may take longer to reach your account, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
